The September issue of the Newsletter is now published. It highlights recent events, such as the annual IMEKO General Council Sessions in Bangkok, organised with incredible hospitality by colleagues at the National Metrology Institute of Thailand (NIMT), as well as conferences.
Meet Prof. Yong Yan, the first Vice President for Conferences. We also introduce Mattia Alessandro Ragolia, Social Media Chair for the 2027 World Congress in Rimini, a member of the World Congress organizing team. The Newsletter includes news from FLOMEKO 2026, held in Nara, and the recent joint TC event organized in Manila, Philippines, by one of IMEKO’s youngest Member Organizations. In the IMEKO Goes to Young Scientists series, we cover the 3rd Young Ukrainian Metrologist Competition for 2026.
