Short Bigraphy

Oleh Velychko has received his master’s degree in Radio Engineering and his PhD and DSc in Metrology. Since 2012 he is Full Professor. He is the Director of the Institute Electromagnetic Measurements of the State Enterprise “Ukrmetrteststandard” (Kyiv, Ukraine) since 2005. Professor Velychko has experience in creating and comparing national standards of electrical quantities. He is a member of TC 85 “Measuring Equipment for Electrical and Electromagnetic Quantities” of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), and member of TC 1.3 “Electricity and Magnetism” of the Euro-Asian Cooperation of National Metrological Institutions (COOMET). He is honorary metrologist of COOMET.
