Abstract:
The paper deals with the importance, role and creation of the firm or organisation culture in quality management and environmental management. This two areas are very important for good image of any organisation and for the managers must be the number one. The most significant impact on the implementation QMS and EMS has the organisation culture, which is an integrating element of the all organisation systems.
