- Abstract:
- Modern technological processes require industrial sensors of non-electric quantities, that are distinguished by the highest survivability, increased lifetime and reliability of measuring information. It is shown that intelligent sensors can meet these requirements. Terminological aspects in this field are considered. The main directions for developing a new generation of intelligent sensors are shown.
