- Abstract:
- This paper describes the LNEC measurement procedure of Stress Tube Tensor (STT) strain gauges angle orientation, using a macroscopic vision system, for the purpose of production quality control. Angular traceability to the International System of Units (SI) was established in the macroscopic vision system by the use of angle blocks through an internal calibration procedure also presented in this paper. The results are used to evaluate the accuracy of the STT production process.
