- Abstract:
- Paper deals with the influence of parasitic parameters representing the dielectric absorption of a real capacitor. Dielectric absorption causes nonlinearity of the transfer characteristic of dual slope analog to digital converters. Theoretical analysis and simulation results determine more precisely the requirements on the utilised components.
