- Abstract:
- In this study we carried out the analysis of three varieties of unifloral honey of acacia (Robinia pseudoacacia), chestnut (Castanea sativa) and sulla (Hedysarum coronarium), in order to evaluate the parameters that allow the differentiation of the three varieties of unifloral honey investigated.
