- Abstract:
- We introduce a new biosensor platform (MiSens) for the detection of aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) based on real time electrochemical profiling (REPTM) assay method coupled with the use of natural and artificial antibodies (polymers) as affinity ligands. Sample clean-up was performed wit aflatoxin-targeted polymer and the samples were then analysed using natural antibody-based MiSens biosensor array.
